Privacy statement

Last updated: May 2026. Digitale Schaamte values your privacy and handles personal data with care. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

Digitale Schaamte is an initiative by TomorrowBoard, a Dutch company providing AI coaching to executives, board members, and directors. You can reach us at raymond@digitaleschaamte.nl or fleur@digitaleschaamte.nl.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you actively provide, plus anonymised usage statistics:

• Contact details you enter in our contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), role, and your message.
• Anonymised visit statistics via Google Analytics 4 (see below).

3. Why we use this data

We use the contact form data solely to respond to your question or request and to schedule a follow-up conversation. We do not share this data with third parties, except for our form provider (Formspree, Inc., based in the U.S.) which technically facilitates form submission under appropriate GDPR safeguards.

The usage statistics help us understand which content is most useful, so we can improve the site.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC) to anonymously see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. We do this as privacy-friendly as possible:

• IP addresses are anonymised before processing.
• We do not share data with Google for advertising purposes.
• Cross-site tracking is disabled.

5. How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact moment, unless an active engagement exists. Google Analytics statistics are retained for 14 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have data deleted.
• Object to processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

This privacy statement may be updated. The most recent version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
